You will be surprised to know that the emperor Jahangir of the Mughal rule had banned any kind of felling on Thursdays and Sundays. If anyone was found violating his rule, he was given strict punishment so that no one could dare to do such a thing in future.
Talking about Aurangzeb, he liked eating paneer koftas, wheat kebabs and pulao a lot. Often such dishes were prepared for him in the kitchen. Apart from this, he liked fruits a lot. Therefore, people used to take different types of fruits for him, which he used to eat with great pleasure.
