Aryna Sabalenka, Iga Swiatek, Aryna Sabalenka and Carlos Alcaraz are amongst the top seeds who will be in action on Day 8 of the French Open 2025. World No.1 Sabalenka will lock horns with the USA's Amanda Anisimova in a bid to qualify for the prequarterfinals.

All eyes will be on the blockbuster clash between four-time champion Iga Swiatek and 2022 Wimbledon champion Elena Rybakina. While Swiatek edged past Jaqueline Christian in the third round, Rybakina got the better of the dangerous Jelena Ostapenko, who had won the title in Stuttgart earlier this year.

Jasmine Paolini will be looking to advance, but she has the feisty Elina Svitolina standing in her way. Defending champion Carlos Alcaraz has his task cut out as he faces Ben Shelton next. Paris Olympic gold medallist Qinwen Zheng will cross swords with Liudmila Samsonova.

The match between Lorenzo Musetti and Holger Rune on Centre Court is also expected to be an exciting one.

Amongst Indians, Rohan Bopanna will partner Adam Pavlasek in their third-round match in men's doubles against Henry Patten and Harri Heliovaara. Yuki Bhambri and Robert Galloway, on the other hand, will face Christian Harrison and Evan King.
