Soya Curry is full of taste, and the method of making it is very easy, note the recipe

Ingredients:


One cup of soya chunks


Water for boiling


Salt 1/2 teaspoon (for boiling soya)


Onion 2 finely chopped


Tomato 2 finely chopped or pureed.


Ginger-garlic paste one and a half teaspoon
Green chilli finely chopped
Oil 2-3 teaspoons
Cumin half teaspoon
Turmeric powder half teaspoon
Red chilli powder one teaspoon
Coriander powder one and a half teaspoon
Garam masala half teaspoon
Kasuri methi one teaspoon
Salt according to taste
Green coriander for garnishing


Method:


Boil soya chunks by adding some salt to 3 cups of water.


Put soya chunks in boiling water and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.


Then drain the water, wash by adding cold water, and squeeze out all the water by pressing lightly.


Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.


Then add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies and onions. Fry the onions till they turn golden brown.


Now add tomatoes or tomato puree and mix all the spices and add them.


Fry the spices till the oil starts leaving the sides.



Now add boiled soya chunks and fry well with the spices for four to five minutes.


Now add 1 to 1.5 cups of water as per requirement.


Add salt, cover it, and cook on medium flame for eight to ten minutes.


Finally, add garam masala and kasuri methi and mix well.


Garnish with green coriander.


Serve it hot with roti or paratha.
