If you want to make a crispy corn, first wash the corn thoroughly. After this, take water in a flesh and add salt to it. After boiling the water, add the corn to it. When it boils lightly, take it out. Let the corn cool now.
After this, remove the flour in a bowl. If there is no maida, you can also use corn floor. After taking this, add red chili powder, light garam masala, salt and mix well. Make a thick batter by adding a little water to it.
When this solution is ready, make boiled potatoes in it and add boiled corn, so that a coat is formed on the corn. Now heat oil in a pan. After the oil is hot, immerse the potato and corn mixture in the solution and add it to the hot oil. Now fry it on medium heat till it becomes golden and crispy. When it becomes golden, it should be removed from the pan. Cut the onion, capsicum to finely fine.
After this, take the fried potato crispy corn in a plate and add finely chopped capsicum and onion. After this, add a little chaat masala, light salt and then finally add lemon juice and serve everyone will enjoy it.
