  • 1 cup sour curd

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1/2 teaspoon whole cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon-roasted cumin

  • 2 pinch white salt

  • 2 pinch black salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon-hing

  • 1/2 teaspoon- red chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

  • 1 teaspoon drought mint

  • 1 teaspoon mustard oil




  • Make a paste by mixing yogurt well with water.

  • Now add roasted cumin, white and black salt, red chili powder, mint leaves and chaat masala and mix.
