Ingredients


Cashews - half cup soaked
Cold milk - 4 cups
Sugar - according to taste
Cardamom powder
Ice cubes - 1 cup
Saffron threads
Vanilla ice cream - 2 scoops


Method


- Soak cashews in water for at least 2 to 3 hours.


- Now add some milk to the soaked cashews and blend it in a mixer.


- Now add cashew paste, cold milk, sugar, cardamom powder, ice, and ice cream in the grinder.


- Blend everything well.



- Pour the prepared cashew shake into a glass.


- Garnish with saffron or finely chopped cashews.


- If you want, you can also put ice cream on top.


- To cool it further in summer, keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes and serve.
