First step- First of all prepare stuffing for this breakfast. Finely chop the onion. Finely chop 2 bud garlic and 3 green chillies and mix. Add 3 teaspoons finely chopped coriander and some mint leaves.
Second step- Add 4 teaspoon cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala and 4 tsp salt to the stuffing. Mix all the things and mix all the spices.
Third step- Now knead wheat dough for breakfast. For this, add 3 cups of wheat flour, some salt and 2 teaspoons of ghee and knead soft dough. Now keep the dough to be set for 20 minutes. Now take a big dough from the dough and roll it thin and very big. You have to rol down double the bread.
Fourth step- Now apply light oil on the bread and sprinkle dry flour on top. Now spread 2 teaspoons of onion stuffing well on top of it. Now fold 2 parts of the roti and then fold in a square. Put oil between each layer. This will make breakfast crispy.
Fifth step- Now apply some oil on one and fry shallo by putting the prepared breakfast in it. Keep gas flame medium and bake crispy while applying oil. When the roti is frying like a roti paratha, remove it from the gas. Serve this breakfast with chutney.
