Ker Sangri Pickle is a Rajasthani dish made from pickle of Ker (Berry) and Sangri (beans). This pickle is very tasty to eat.


Material Ker Sangri Pickle


150 grams Ker 150 grams Sangri 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seed 11/2 teaspoon fennel 1/2 teaspoon fennel 1 teaspoon drought mango 1/4 teaspoon asafetida 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 2 teaspoon 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon red chili powder salt 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup oil 1


How to make pickles of Ker Sangri

1. First wash dry ker and song with water 5-6 times. Now soak it in water for a separate overnight. Take water the next morning.


2. Boil water in two pans and cook the ker and songs until they become different. Once it is done, remove the water and spread it on a clean cloth and let it dry completely.


3. Then heat oil in a pan. Add fenugreek seeds, asafoetida, fennel, fennel, dry red chili powder and bay leaves. Once they start crackling, reduce the heat. Now add boiled curry and sangri


4. Add red chili powder, turmeric, mango powder, mustard and salt. Mix well. Let it get wet for about 4-5 minutes. Remove it from the heat and mix all the things well. Rajasthani style care Sangri pickle is ready!
