Lucknow. The brother of Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav appeared to be threatened to implicate Yadav in the Posco Act. He has lodged an FIR against real estate businessman Krishnanand Pandey, his wife Vandana Pandey and father Ashok Pandey, a resident of Purvanchal City of Chinhat at Gautampalli police station in the capital. Prateek alleges that he took lakhs of rupees from him in the name of investment. When their reality was found, they demanded money, after which they were deferred and threatened to implicate them in the Posco Act. He said, not only this, the accused also asked for extortion of four crores from him.

Krishnanand Pandey and Prateek Yadav met in 2011-12
Prateek Yadav told in her FIR that, he met Krishnanand Pandey in 2011-12, after which Krishnanand started coming to the proposal for business continuously. Along with this, continuously started interacting with them. Krishnanand Pandey came into talk for almost two-three years continuously increasing the interaction.

Accused is associated with real estate
Prateek Yadav said that, the accused Krishnanagar Pandey was associated with real estate business and he got into his talk due to continuous interaction. After this, a company was formed on 25 May 2015. In this, Krishnanand Pandey and US Wist were made the director and Prateek Yadav was made promoter. After this Prateek Yadav invested in the company. Not only this, he alleged that, the accused continuously cited his family situation and borrowed money from him. Prateek came into his words and gave him money many times.

Different excuses made to take money
The brother of SP chief Akhilesh Yadav told in his Tahrir that in the year 2020, Prateek was hit by Kovid. Meanwhile, mother died in September 2022, father in October 2022 and maternal uncle in November 2022. Due to mental stress and illness, the symbol started undergoing treatment at Medanta Hospital. Taking advantage of this, Krishnanand Pandey started talking in various ways to get money from him. His wife Vandana Pandey and father Ashok Kumar Pandey were also involved in this conspiracy.

Threatened to implicate in Posco on asking for money
Prateek Yadav alleges that Krishnanand Pandey’s reality came to know that he is a very wrong person who misused his contacts and close ones. After this, when Krishnanand Pandey started asking for account, he started to defraud. He later threatened to implicate him in serious cases like Poxo Act and on WhatsApp. A fake audio clip was also threatened to go viral to tarnish the family image. Not only this, Krishnanand Pandey and his wife Vandana Pandey asked for extortion of four crore rupees through phone and email.
