This warning has been released for Shivhar, Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Purnia, Katihar and Bhagalpur districts.

According to the Patna Meteorological Center, there is a possibility of brightening, thunderstorms and torrential rains in these districts.
