From mountains to plains, the sky has caused havoc in many states. In Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Maharashtra, heavy rains and cloudburst in the last 24 hours have disturbed public life. So far many people have lost their lives in these accidents and hundreds of people are in trouble.
Cloud burst in Uttarakhand, five people flowed
There was a havoc of nature once again in Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. The capital Dehradun and the surrounding areas caused severe destruction after cloudburst on Tuesday. A bridge was swept away in the strong current and many houses and shops turned into rubble. At least five people are reported to have been washed away in this accident, while more than 500 people are stranded in different places, which are going on to save. Rivers like Tamsa, Ganga and Yamuna are in spate and are flowing close to the danger mark.
Landslide killed three people from the same family in Himachal
The situation is very bad after heavy rains in Himachal Pradesh too. A house collapsed due to landslides in Bragta village of Mandi district, in which three people of the same family died tragically. The dead include two women and a child. At the same time, the sudden floods in Dharampur area drowned the bus stand and many shops, causing a loss of crores.
In Maharashtra, three destruction due to rain, three killed
In Marathwada and Vidarbha areas of Maharashtra, rains have wreaked havoc. Three people have died in rain - incidents in the last 24 hours. Rivers are in spate in districts like Beed, Nanded and Jalna, and flood -like conditions have been created in low -lying areas. The administration has put 12 teams of NDRF in relief and rescue work and more than 120 people have been evacuated to safe places.
In all three states, administration and rescue teams are trying to reach out to the people trapped in trouble and give them all possible help. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for heavy rain in the coming time.
