Washington: Federal Bureau of Investigation Director Kash Patel will face questioning from a Senate committee. Democratic lawmakers are expected to ask him tough questions about the investigation into the murder of Charlie Kirk and the removal of senior officials within the FBI who have accused the FBI director of political vendetta.
He will be questioned by the Senate Judiciary Committee. Patel has not been in the position of FBI chief for very long, but his tenure has been fraught with controversy. Patel will have to prove to the committee that he is the right person for the position amid internal turmoil within the FBI and rising political violence in America.
