Turning Point USA has elected Erika Kirkwife of the late Charlie Kirk, as its new Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board. The announcement comes just days after the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk, the conservative activist and founder of the organization, during a speaking event in Utah.

The board’s unanimous decision was confirmed on Thursday and reflects what insiders described as Charlie Kirk’s own wishes in the event of his death.

Who Is Erika Kirk?

Erika Kirk, formerly known as Erika Frantzveis a businesswoman, philanthropist, and Christian faith leader. She was crowned Miss Arizona USA in 2012 and has since pursued a multifaceted career. She runs a devotional podcast, Midweek Rise Upand founded the nonprofit Everyday Heroes Like Youwhich highlights stories of service and leadership.

In addition, Erika has worked in real estate and ministry while remaining active in conservative media circles alongside her late husband.

Carrying Forward Charlie Kirk’s Legacy

In her first public remarks since her husband’s death, Erika delivered an emotional speech reaffirming her commitment to continue Turning Point USA’s mission.

“Our cries will echo like a battle cry,” she said, pledging that the organization’s campus tours and the flagship AmericaFest conference will move forward as planned.
