Easy recipe of Gulab Jamun





    • 400 grams mawa




 





    • 100 grams cheese




 





    • 2 tablespoons maida




 





    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder




 





    • 2 cups of sugar




 





    • 2 cups of water




 





    • Gulab jamun fry oil




 


First step- To make Gulab Jamun, first mash the cheese well and lubricate it. Keep mashing the cheese for a while with hand. Now mash the cheese separately and make it smooth. Now mash the paneer and mawa together. Mash the flour and baking soda and mash it well. You have to prepare a soft flour.


Second step- Now cover the paneer mix with a wet cloth and keep it for 5 minutes. Put sugar and water in a pan and keep it to make syrup. Cook the sugar until it dissolves. Oil -like sticky syrup is to be made. Add ground cardamom and some saffron threads to it.


Third step- Now make equal quantity of dough from Gulab Jamun mix and prepare a shape of Gulab Jamun with hand. Make Gulab Jamun without crack and keep it on a plate. Heat oil in your pan. Allow the oil to heat the medium low flame and add prepared Gulab Jamun. Put all the Gulab Jamuns in the pan at a time. Now let them tended for 1-2 minutes without shaking.


Fourth step- Now shake lightly and bake the gulab jamun on low flame till it turns dark brown. Now add hot gulab jamuns to the prepared syrup and stir lightly. Fry all the Gulab Jamuns and put it in the syrup and keep it for 2-3 hours.


Fifth step-Ready and soft gulab jamuns are ready, while serving, put some silver work or finely chopped dry fruit on them. In this way Gulab Jamun will become so soft and tasty that everyone will ask for 1-2 after eating. On the festival, you can make gulab jamun at home and eat it.
