Chief Minister again gave instructions for strong lobbying in Supreme Court
Punjab News: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has directed to file a review petition in the Supreme Court in the case of a hawker with a seven -year -old girl, originally a seven -year -old girl in Kathgodam in 2014, in Kathgodam.
Taking cognizance of the accused in this case being convicted from the Supreme Court, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the government is committed to punish those who committed the daughters of the state. In this case, the accused was sentenced to the Lower Court and the High Court, but now for some reason the accused have been acquitted from the Supreme Court.
Therefore, the Department of Justice has been instructed to ensure punishment with strong lobbying, while filing a review petition before the Supreme Court in this case. The Chief Minister said that the government will fight this case firmly, in which the best legal team will be installed.
The Chief Minister said that those who do such misdeeds in Devbhoomi will not be spared. In this battle of justice, the government is fully standing with the victim’s family. He said that the government is continuously conducting a verification campaign in the state to identify such anti -social elements. The government will not allow any injury to the identity of Devbhoomi.
