When we work continuously on the computer, we blink our eyelids very less. Due to this, dryness occurs in the eyes. If you use the phone for a long time or work while sitting in front of the computer, then its light has a bad effect on the eyes. This causes fatigue to the eyes and sometimes a burning sensation also occurs. If you are troubled by these eye problems, you can try some remedies at home. This will give you relief from irritation and dryness and will also improve eyesight.

It is considered a good source of vitamin C, because antioxidants and many nutrients are found in it. If you want to improve eyesight and also remove eye problems, then start eating Amla. For this, you can mix a few spoons of Amla juice in half a cup of water and drink it twice a day.

Consumption of fennel benefits the body in many ways. The antioxidants found in it reduce the rate of occurrence of eye diseases like cataract. In such a situation, fennel is beneficial for the eyes. Mix big fennel, sugar and almonds together and grind them in a grinder. Then take one spoon of fennel powder with a glass of milk every day before sleeping.
