A grand celebration was organized on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Druk Gyalpo in Bhutan's capital Thimphu. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was present in this program. During the function, tribute was paid to those killed in the Delhi car blast. Prime Minister Modi said that this tragic incident has shocked the entire country and all the culprits will be brought to justice.
