Home Remedy for Hair fall: Many people become so worried about hair fall that it leads to baldness. But the solution to this problem is hidden in the kitchen of our house itself. Some simple home remedies can not only prevent hair fall but also help in growing new hair by strengthening their roots.



coconut oil



  • Take lukewarm coconut oil and massage it on the scalp with the help of fingers.

  • Leave the oil on your hair overnight and wash it with lukewarm water in the morning.

  • Doing this two to three times a week will reduce hair fall significantly.

  • Applying coconut oil regularly maintains moisture in the hair and improves blood circulation in the scalp.


fenugreek seeds



  • Soak one tablespoon fenugreek seeds in water overnight.

  • Grind an onion and extract its juice.

  • Take out the gel from fresh aloe vera leaves and apply it directly on the scalp.

Importance of green leafy vegetables and water


Along with home remedies, a balanced diet and adequate water intake is also very important. Hair fall occurs due to lack of nutrients in the body, especially iron, protein and zinc. Therefore, include spinach, fenugreek, mustard, pulses and seasonal fruits in your diet. Also, drinking at least eight glasses of water daily helps in delivering nutrition to the hair roots.


Stay stress free and get enough sleep


Stress and lack of sleep are one of the main causes of hair fall. Meditation, yoga and regular exercise provide mental peace, which keeps both body and hair healthy. It is also important to take at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily.
