1 medium cauliflower
2 potatoes
1 large onion
1 tomato
1 green chili
Ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon red chili
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method
To prepare potato-cauliflower, first heat oil in a pan and fry the potato-cauliflower until golden. Roasting the dish will give it a better flavor.
After frying, drain it on a tissue paper to remove excess oil. Heat oil in a pan, add the onion, ginger-garlic, and fry until golden.
Add the tomatoes and spices and fry until the oil separates. Then, add the roasted cauliflower and potatoes and mix gently. Season with salt.
