The Family Man Season 3 budget and cast fees: The wait for The Family Man fans is almost over, as the highly anticipated third season of the hit Amazon Prime Video series is set to premiere on November 21. With Manoj Bajpayee reprising his role as the ever-popular Srikant Tiwari, this season promises higher stakes, new faces, and an even bigger budget.
Reports have now revealed the staggering fees charged by the star-studded cast of The Family Man 3, which is said to be one of the most expensive Indian web series to date.
Created by Raj & DK, the action-thriller franchise follows Srikant Tiwari, a middle-class man who secretly works as an intelligence officer for the Threat Analysis and Surveillance Cell (TASC), a fictional branch of the National Investigation Agency. The Satya actor, who has carried the show since its inception, remains the highest-paid actor in the ensemble. According to reports, he charged between Rs 20.25 crore and Rs 22.50 crore for reprising his role in the upcoming season.
Joining him this time is Jaideep Ahlawat, who plays the antagonist Rukma. Known for his intense performances in Paatal Lok and Raazi, Ahlawat has reportedly been paid Rs 9 crore for his role.
Another major addition to the cast is Nimrat Kaur, who will also feature in a key role. The Lunchbox and Airlift actress has been paid between Rs 8-9 crore for her performance.
Returning cast member Darshan Kumar, who plays Major Sameer, has reportedly earned around Rs 8–9 crore this season, matching Nimrat’s remuneration. Meanwhile, Priyamani, who portrays Srikant’s wife Suchitra Tiwari, has been paid Rs 7 crore.
Fan-favourite Sharib Hashmi, who plays JK Talpade, Srikant’s witty and loyal colleague, has received Rs 5 crore for his role. Ashlesha Thakur, who essays the role of Srikant’s daughter Dhriti Tiwari, has also seen a substantial pay rise, taking home Rs 4 crore this season.
The Family Man franchise has seen a massive jump in production scale over the years. According to media reports, the first two seasons were made on a combined budget of around Rs 50 crore each. However, after the show’s phenomenal success and growing global fan base, Raj & DK have reportedly tripled the investment for the third season.
Season 3 is said to be mounted on an estimated budget of Rs 135 crore, making it one of the most expensive Indian web series ever produced. The makers have aimed to deliver grander action sequences, cinematic visuals, and a story that matches international standards in scale and ambition.
