Besan Milk Sudka Benefits: Insomnia, frequent cough and cold or feeling weak in the body are common problems in winter. But a desi recipe that has been prevalent in Punjabi homes for generations is the only solution to all these problems – Sudka i.e. gram flour milk. You all must have tried many types of milk recipes including saffron, cream, cardamom, dry fruits and turmeric, but if you have not tried this gram flour milk yet, then you have missed a very tasty and healthy recipe. This winter, change your routine a bit and drink milk with gram flour instead of turmeric. With powerful ingredients like gram flour, turmeric, black pepper, ginger and saffron, this milk boosts immunity, prevents cold and cough, and induces deep sleep.
Add 1 tsp ghee in the pan and heat it on low flame.
Add 2 tsp gram flour and black pepper to ghee and stir. Fry until slightly golden.
Now add ½ tsp turmeric and ½ tsp dry ginger powder. Mix well, add some dry fruits if desired.

Now add 2 cups milk in the pan. If you want to add saffron, add it at this time.
Now cook it for 2-3 boils so that the gram flour gets cooked properly.
Switch off the gas and add 1.5 tbsp jaggery powder and mix.
Drink it hot before sleeping at night, you will feel relaxation immediately!
