The company has stated in its exchange filing that it has received an important project from NHAI. It will handle user fee toll collection at Rampura Toll Plaza (Km 23.300) located on Vijaypur to Sankeshwar section (Km 0/000 to Km 79/700) of NH-548B. The company has also been given the work of maintenance, repair and maintenance of toilet blocks built near the toll plaza. The entire project is worth Rs 13.87 crore. It has been awarded on the basis of bid through e-tendering. The company has said that this contract will further strengthen its highway management and infrastructure operations portfolio.
Recently the company has also formed a new subsidiary for power and renewable energy projects. The move came after the company last month announced setting up a 500 MW solar project in Andhra Pradesh with an investment of Rs 2,500 crore. In January, a large solar park with 1.2 GW capacity was also announced in Solapur, Maharashtra.
