Family Week in Bigg Boss 19 brought emotions, reunions, and unexpected confrontations — and one moment that caught everyone’s attention was Amritesh’s protective stance toward his sister, Tanya Mittal.

While visiting the house, Amritesh spent most of his time with Tanya, keeping a noticeable distance from the other contestants. Tanya, aware of how sensitive house dynamics can be, gently questioned him, “Why aren’t you sitting with the others? They might complain to me tomorrow.”

But Amritesh didn’t mince his words. Firm, clear, and unapologetically loyal, he replied, “Jisko jo bura lagna hai lag jaaye. Sabne aapko milke bura lagaya hai, main kyu baithu.”

His statement was a direct reference to how he felt the housemates had collectively treated Tanya — often criticizing her emotions, gameplay, or quirky habits such as talking to the showpiece bear. In his view, the same people who had hurt her had no right to expect warmth or camaraderie from him.

He added calmly, “I am talking to everyone, including myself, there is a lot.”

This meant that while he was maintaining basic courtesy with everyone, he saw no need to go beyond that when he believed they had wronged his sister.

For Tanya, however, the moment was undoubtedly validating. She has often expressed feeling misunderstood or unfairly judged — and her brother’s unwavering support may give her the emotional boost she needs to continue navigating the house’s complexities.

As Family Week draws to a close, one thing is certain: Amritesh’s visit didn’t just comfort Tanya — it sent a strong message to the entire house.
