Indian women cricketer Smriti Mandhana and Bollywood musician-filmmaker Palash Muchhal’s wedding rituals have started with a turmeric ceremony. The couple will get married on November 23 in Indore. Earlier, the Haldi ceremony was held on November 21. The ceremony was attended by family, friends and honorary cricket team players. The venue was decorated in yellow and photos of the ceremony are going viral on social media.

Dressed in a bright yellow dress, Maandhan is seen dancing and laughing with her close friends. She is celebrating the ceremony. Mandhana’s fiance also wore a bright yellow dress. They were accompanied by drums and cymbals. Ahead of the Haldi ceremony, Palash Muchhal shared a video on social media in which he was seen proposing to Mandhana at DY Patil. For the Haldi ceremony, Smriti wore a yellow kurta with a border. It looked like a Sharara suit, with golden booties adorning the palazzos.

The entire wedding ceremony is taking place at Smriti’s new luxury house under construction in Sangli and many players of Team India have already arrived for the ceremony.
