The extravagant WPL 2026 mega-auction is just six days away, with the action all set to take place in New Delhi on November 27. A total of 277 players will be auctioned for 73 slots.
The list of auctioned players includes 194 Indian players with 52 capped players and 142 uncapped players, who will compete for 50 slots, while since 66 overseas capped players and 17 overseas uncapped players will compete for the 23 available slots.
Mighty changes are expected to be made in the teams’ squads; However, this article is going to highlight three WPL idols who were left behind in the WPL 2025 auction process but might bring the highest offers in the near future mega-auction.
Pratika Rawal, the star of India’s World Cup-winning team, who is now a vital part of the Indian team, went unsold in WPL 2025, but not many people might know about it.
Rawal had opted for 10 lakhs, but there was no zainteresowany bidder. However, since the auction, the past year has been amazing for this girl, as she debuted for India and planned to take Shafali Verma’s place to make her spot in the playing XI.
Besides, after the Young Lady’s World Cup super feats, there is no doubt that she will be a big attraction for the mega-auction. Plus, it is important to mention that she has signed up for 50 lakhs in the auction.
The 29-year-old Heather Graham from Australia is a possible candidate to create hype among the WPL 2026 mega-auction as at present she is the leading wicket-taker in Women’s Big Bash League 2025-2026.
Graham has taken 10 wickets in merely five matches, and among them, there is a three-wicket haul. It is worth mentioning that she had registered for a base price of 30 lakhs in WPL 2025 and now she is aiming for a base price of 50 lakhs.
The female cricketer from England had set her base at 50 lakhs but did not find a buyer in the auction. Nonetheless, the 34-year-old has managed to keep her fame and is performing well in WBBL.
Knight has made 116 runs in four innings in WBBL 2025 and on top of that, has scored 288 runs in seven innings with an average of 48 in the Women’s World Cup 2025.
