Noodles – 1 cup boiled
Carrot – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Onion – 1 head finely chopped
Cabbage – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Garlic – 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Capsicum – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)

Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
Corn – 1/2 cup
Vinegar – 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Peas – 1/2 cup
Beans – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Salt – to taste
Peas – 1/2 cup
Tomato sauce – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
Butter – 2 tablespoons
Mushrooms – 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Green onions – finely chopped
Step 1- First of all, you have to heat a pan, then add butter in it. Now add garlic and ginger in it and fry it, then add onion also.
Step 2 – Now add bell peppers, carrots, tomatoes, beans, peas, mushrooms, cabbage, and corn. Cook all the vegetables thoroughly. Then add 4-5 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Step 3 – Then, mix in tomato sauce, salt, soy sauce, and vinegar. Then, add the noodles and cook for a while.
Step 4- After that, add green coriander and finely chopped onion on top and serve the noodle soup.
