New Delhi: Goa is once again in international headlines, and this time for a very shameful reason. Two foreign women, a DJ and an actress, had alleged on social media that they were misbehaved by Goa Police personnel during a routine inspection around night. He has alleged that the policeman had used abusive language during routine checking.

In fact, Russian-origin celebrities DJ Christina and actress Evgenia Belskaya have made serious allegations against an alleged male Goa Police officer on social media. She has alleged that during a routine checking on her way to Morjim from Seoul late at night, the policeman not only used abusive words but also insulted her by calling her a ‘bitch’ and threatened her – go to your country, you are not in your country.

Christina said in a video posted on Instagram that Evgeniya was driving the car. “Then a police officer stopped us and behaved rudely with us,” she said. Christina also questioned whether only female police officers have the right to stop women.

According to reports, both the women were called to Mandrem police station after the video went viral on social media. North Goana Police Superintendent Harishchandra Madkaikare told the media, “We are investigating this matter seriously. The compromised policeman has been identified and we are planning to take departmental action.”
