Since Rabri Devi was the leader of opposition in the Legislative Council. Therefore the same bungalow remained in his name. But now that bungalow has been snatched away by the government. The government has taken back this bungalow allotted in the name of Rabri Devi. A new bungalow has been allotted in the name of Rabri Devi.

The state government has issued an order that bungalow number 39 of Harding Road has been allotted to the Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Council.
