According to the new policy, individuals, event organizers, and photography or media companies can book coaches of the Namo Bharat train, whether running or stationary. A mock-up coach has also been placed at the Duhai depot, which can be booked solely for shooting.

Prices and Facilities
According to media reports, the Namo Bharat train can be booked for such events for Rs. 5,000 per hour. Additionally, 30 minutes will be allocated for setting up and 30 minutes for dismantling. According to the NCRTC, this service will provide a unique experience for the public, as the Namo Bharat trains have a modern design and look great for photoshoots and small events. The most interesting thing is that people can also do simple decorations of their choice.

How long will bookings be?
NCRTC stated that these events will be allowed only between 6 am and 11 pm. Care will be taken to ensure that regular train operations are not disrupted and passengers are not inconvenienced. To ensure safety and compliance, the entire event will be monitored by NCRTC staff and security personnel.

Station Information
This facility will be available primarily at major stations like Anand Vihar, Ghaziabad, and Meerut South. NCRTC also stated that a new fare policy has been developed for film shootings, documentaries, advertisements, and other video projects on Namo Bharat trains and stations. These spaces can be booked for a short period of time at reasonable and competitive rates.
