Gambhir reacts to the 0-2 loss against SA: On the last day of Guwahati Test, India’s second innings was reduced to 140 runs and South Africa won the match by 408 runs. Gambhir enumerated his achievements

After the humiliating 408-run defeat at the hands of South Africa, head coach Gambhir said on Wednesday, “My future has to be decided by the BCCI.” But I am the same guy who got you results in England and was the coach for the Champions Trophy and Asia Cup.” He said, “Start giving priority to Test cricket and everyone has to take part in it. We need to work together to accomplish this. You don’t need to be the brightest and most talented cricketer to play Test cricket. “We need strong people with low skills.”

Gautam Gambhir said, “Everyone is at fault, it starts with me.” “I’ve said it before, I hate the word transition and I’m not here to make excuses, but that’s what transition is. Young players are learning on the job. You’ve got to give them time,” he said.
