Like every important part of the body, teeth are also an important part of the body, which not only enhances beauty but also works to provide energy to the entire body. By energy we mean that the digestion process of food starts from the teeth and the food gets broken down and goes into the stomach. In such a situation, the first work done by the teeth becomes important for the entire body. If teeth and gums are not healthy, the entire digestion and body is affected.

In Ayurveda, the health of teeth is considered the basis of the entire body. Teeth have been linked to Asthi Dhatu (bone) in Ayurveda. Gums have also been given an important place in this. If the stomach is upset and the digestive power is weak then its effect is first seen on the teeth. Apart from this, some lifestyle habits also spoil the teeth, like not brushing teeth twice a day, consuming tobacco, not cleaning the tongue, eating too cold or hot food and consuming sweets and eating something or the other again and again.

Ayurveda has suggested easy measures for tooth care, which people of any age can do at home. The first thing to do is to rinse with oil. For this, swish coconut or sesame oil in the mouth for 5-10 minutes in the morning and gargle. Due to this, there will be no dirt in the teeth and both teeth and gums remain healthy. ,

Consumption of Triphala will be beneficial for teeth care. For this, Triphala powder should be taken in lukewarm water before sleeping at night. Triphala reduces stomach diseases and increases the speed of digestion. If digestion remains correct then teeth will also remain strong. Avoid using toothpaste available in the market. Use Neem toothbrush, or brush your teeth with Triphala, clove, celery, Neem bark and Pippali powder. This will increase the shine of teeth and will also remove the problem of cavity and bad smell.

Using clove oil is effective in making teeth strong and shiny. It reduces swelling of gums and prevents insects from getting in the teeth. Along with this, clove oil also maintains the beauty of teeth.

Along with Ayurvedic measures, it is also necessary to change the diet. To keep teeth healthy, the body should be rich in calcium and protein. Calcium and protein together strengthen teeth and gums. In such a situation, include jaggery, sesame, peanuts, magaj seeds, dry fruits and chhena in your diet in winter.
