Babri Masjid: TMC MLA Humayun Kabir, who had announced to build Babri Masjid in Murshidabad district of Bengal, has given an inflammatory statement. His statement created political controversy. A video of Humayun has surfaced, in which he is heard saying that if anyone tries to stop him from building Babri Masjid, he will have to face serious consequences. Bengal BJP has released this video. In the video shared by BJP, Humayun is saying that we are currently 37 percent in Bengal, we will reach 40 percent by the time Babri Masjid is built.

If we martyr 100, we will martyr them 500 – Humayun

Let us tell you, Humayun Kabir has recently announced that the foundation of Babri Masjid will be laid in Murshidabad on 6th December. Its posters have also been put up in Murshidabad. In the video, Humayun is saying that if anyone tries to stop us, remember that we will be martyred. If we martyr 100, we will martyr them 500. He said that the population of Muslims in Murshidabad is 70 percent, whoever comes against us will have to face serious consequences.

This is not Ayodhya, this is Murshidabad

Referring to a statement by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Uma Bharti, Humayun said that this is not Ayodhya. This is Murshidabad. In fact, Uma had once said that when Babri Masjid is built, she will come and open each brick.

BJP targeted

Bengal BJP condemned Humayun by sharing this video. Former state president of BJP Rahul Sinha said that Babar’s blood was running in Humayun’s veins. That’s why they are talking about building Babri Masjid. BJP leader Roopa Ganguly said that this is not just political rhetoric. This is a dangerous form of deep appeasement politics of Bengal. Let us tell you, this is not the first time that Humayun has given some provocative and controversial statement. They keep doing this often.
