San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office officials said a birthday party was going on in the 1900 block of Lucille Avenue in Stockton, California. During this time, a group of miscreants armed with weapons came and started firing indiscriminately at the party. In this incident, 14 people were shot, who were hurriedly taken to the hospital by ambulance. When they reached the hospital, doctors declared four people dead.
