Taking bath immediately after gym or morning exercise is a habit of almost everyone, but do you know that Ayurveda suggests the right time for this. The Ministry of AYUSH of the Government of India gives clear information in this matter. Ayurveda states that the best time to take bath after exercise is considered to be at least half an hour (30 minutes).

In Ayurveda, bathing is considered not just for cleaning the body but also a kind of meditation and wellness ritual. Taking a bath immediately after exercise causes sudden changes in body temperature, which can cause muscle stiffness, headache or fatigue.

At the same time, taking bath half an hour after finishing exercise provides many amazing benefits. This brings deep sleep. Hair fall and dryness is reduced. There is peace, freshness and energy in the body and mind. The smell of sweat completely disappears. Along with hair, it is also beneficial for the skin. This increases the glow on the skin and relaxes the muscles.

Yoga experts say that after exercise, first let the body come to normal temperature. During this time, drink light water, rest for 10-15 minutes and let breathing become normal. Then take bath with lukewarm water. Do not use cold water immediately, especially in winter. Ayurveda experts say that while bathing, take deep breaths, let the water flow slowly on the body and keep the mind calm. This completely refreshes not only the body but also the mind.
