New Delhi. Famous folk singer Malini Awasthi has released her book Chandan Kiwad. The singer has released the book at an event in New Delhi. This book is the fourth edition of Chandan Kiwad’s book. Its three editions have already been launched. Through this book, singer Malini Awasthi has explained the importance of folk songs.

Famous folk singer Malini Awasthi released the fourth edition of her book Chandan Kiwad at an event held in New Delhi on Sunday. On the release of the fourth edition of her book Chandan Kiwad, folk singer and writer Malini Awasthi says that Chandan Kiwad is my first book. The fourth edition of the book has been released today. This book is an attempt to bring out the social image behind folk songs. Classical singer Pandit Sajan Mishra and writer Yatindra Mishra were also present at the event. Malini Awasthi is the winner of Padma Shri Award. He has lent his voice in films like Durgamati (2020), Dum Laga Ke Haisha (2015) and Agent Vinod (2012). Malini has also sung the title track of the TV serial Nandlala of Yashomati Maiya.
