The controversy regarding the will of late businessman Sanjay Kapoor is not stopping. Recently, his mother Rani Kapoor has filed a petition in the court. He alleges that instead of mourning his son’s death, his wife Priya Kapoor (Priya Sachdev) is busy taking over his property. He claimed in the petition filed in the court that there was tension between the two since May 2023 and there were frequent fights between them.
Sanjay did not tell about Will
Let us tell you that in the Delhi High Court, Sanjay Kapoor’s mother Rani Kapoor says that she was never told anything about Sanjay’s will. His name is not even in the will, although he always said that he got everything from his mother. Rani Kapoor’s lawyer says that if Sanjay was making a will, he would have at least written that he did not want to give anything to his mother.
This argument was given before Justice Jyoti Singh, who is also hearing the case filed by the children of Karishma Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor. The actress’s children are challenging their father’s alleged will and want that Priya Kapoor (Priya Sachdev) should not be able to evict them from the property.
