Rahul Agarwal, the former founder of D2C brand Organic Harvesthas unveiled his new multi-brand venture RASA Group.

RASA Group currently operates six verticals:

  • Avani Infratech: It is a sustainable, upscale real estate and commercial infrastructure developer in Delhi-NCR and Goa. It started about four-and-a-half years ago and currently operates at INR 100 Cr ARR, Agarwal told Inc42.

  • Sarvagun: It focuses on offering evidence-based ayurveda services. Under this vertical, RASA Group runs a boutique hospital in Vasant Kunj with plans to expand across Delhi-NCR and beyond.

  • AdventX: It is an adventure vertical which currently offers hot air ballooning-powered paragliding and other mild adventure activities suited for all ages in Jim Corbett. A second site is being developed in Mahabaleshwar.

  • Friday Night Cars: It imports high-end American cars, converts them from left-hand drive to right-hand drive, and sells them to HNIs in India.

  • Jee Bhaar Ke: It is a food and beverage vertical with four outlets, supported by a central kitchen and quick commerce.

  • NexGen Drycleaners: It aims to organise the traditionally unstructured dry-cleaning market through a hub-and-spoke model where customers can track garments and manage orders through the app for a streamlined experience.

All these verticals were incorporated at different points of time. While Avani Infratech is the oldest, Sarvagun is the latest vertical launched under the RASA Group.

Informally, I’ve been working on this for the last four years and all brands started at different points of time. But, all the brands were brought under one roof recently,” Agarwal said.

Saying that all the verticals are commercially operational, Agarwal added that Avani Infratech, Jee Bhar Ke, and NexGen Drycleaners are key focus right now as they can be scaled up rapidly.

Agarwal’s previous brainchild, Organic Harvest, was acquired by The Good Glamm Group in 2022. However, The Good Glamm Group shut operations earlier this year.

In August, The Good Glamm Group announced that its lenders decided to sell its portfolio brands individually. Agarwal said he was not aware about the current status of Organic Harvest.
