Bollywood's evergreen love story, 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' (DDLJ), has completed 30 years. On this occasion, the world once again witnessed the iconic pose of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. A magnificent bronze statue of Raj and Simran has been unveiled in London's historic Leicester Square.

Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol themselves were present for the unveiling of the statue, despite the rain. Their presence together seemed to bring the magical love story of 1995 back to life. The statue is crafted in the film's famous pose, where Raj and Simran are seen together – a pose that has redefined love for generations.

Sharing pictures of the statue, King Khan wrote a lengthy caption. Shah Rukh posted on Instagram, "Bade bade deshon mein aisi choti choti baatein hoti rehti hain, Senorita!" DDLJ Becomes the First Indian Film to Receive This Honor
Previously, this honor was bestowed upon major films like Harry Potter, Mary Poppins, and Paddington. Now, the DDLJ statue stands alongside these global icons – a historic moment for Indian cinema.  Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol were joined by Yash Raj Films CEO Akshaye Widhani and Heart of London Business Alliance CEO Ros Morgan at the unveiling. 'DDLJ has become a part of my life.'
Shah Rukh Khan was visibly emotional on this special occasion. He said that this film is not just entertainment, but a story that connects hearts. According to him, it is this simple and humane love story that keeps DDLJ alive in the hearts of viewers even after 30 years. According to King Khan, this film is now an integral part of his identity – a journey that has only become more beautiful with time.

Kajol also shared her feelings after seeing the statue. She said that seeing this statue unveiled in London was like going back in time and the world of Raj and Simran coming alive before her eyes again.
