X is reportedly working on new changes for users, including interface updates and new subscription discounts.

Recent leaks suggest that X has been testing new designs and temporary pricing offers, and a fresh interface update may now be rolling out to older Android app versions.

X Tests New App Design and Discounted Premium Plans

Tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) posted that the new interface is appearing through the older Android app build 11.42.0-release.0.

According to the tipster, users can activate the redesigned interface manually through a hidden settings menu within the app.

The instructions shared say users need to tap their profile icon, choose NEW X ANDROID, and then select Try it now to enable the new layout.

The leak claims that once turned on, the app should switch to the new look that X has been internally testing.

The rollout may not be visible to everyone immediately, and some users may not see the change yet.

In a separate leak, the same tipster mentioned that X Premium and Premium+ subscription plans are now being offered at discounted rates for a limited period.

X Offers First-Month Premium Access for Just $1 (Indian Rs. 100)

The leak claims that the first month of X Premium is now priced at $1 (Rs. 100 in India), while Premium+ is discounted to $10 (Rs. 890 in India).

The tipster suggested the low Rs. 100 starting price might encourage more users to try paid features.

These promotional prices are reportedly part of the platform’s third-anniversary Premium offer, which will run until December 2, 2025.

In India, the Basic subscription plan currently costs Rs. 170 per month across both web and mobile.

The standard Premium plan is priced at Rs. 427 per month on the web and Rs. 470 on mobile.

Premium+ is available at Rs. 2,570 per month on the web and Rs. 3,000 per month on mobile.

Premium benefits include fewer ads (about 50% less) in both feeds, higher reply priority, longer posts, post editing, background video playback, video downloads, Grok AI access, higher usage limits, Super Grok access, and early access to new features.

Premium+ includes everything offered in Premium but adds a completely ad-free experience, the strongest reply boost, the highest usage limits, and the same creator tools and AI features.
