From the time he entered the industry till his last breath, he only wanted to work. He did all types of roles. The innocent face and body of He-Man, this attraction remained till the end. I always follow him. Love you Dharamji…we will always remember you.”
Salman also told that for the first time he saw so much love for Dharmendra on social media. Continuing his talk, he again broke down and said: “The biggest thing is this… 24th November, the day Dharam ji passed away, was my father’s birthday. And 8th December is Dharamji’s and my mother’s birthday.”
“I saw two funerals conducted with such respect. One of Sooraj Barjatya’s mother and the other of Dharamji. Bobby and Sunny conducted the prayer meeting with such dignity and respect. Every funeral should be like this, a celebration of life even amidst tears.”

Dharmendra leaves behind a family of six children and two wives, Hema Malini and Prakash Kaur. His demise is not just the end of a veteran actor, but the end of an era. His humility, simple nature and amazing personality made him a ‘He-Man’ not only on screen but also in real life.
