Agra Helmet Challan: Gulshan No. of Tajnagari Agra. These days he has become the center of discussion on social media. Gulshan is a school director by profession and has been in the headlines for the last few days for a unique reason. In fact, on November 26, the traffic police cameras issued a challan of Rs 1100 for his Skoda car. The reason given in the challan was that the driver was not wearing a helmetwhereas this challan was to the car, not the bike.
After this strange mistake, Gulshan chose the path of protest in a humorous and peaceful manner. Now he wears a helmet every day while driving. Whether the journey is of a few minutes or long, he does not leave without wearing a helmet as soon as he holds the steering wheel.
Gulshan is a resident of Sirki Mandi area of Lohamandi and also runs a school there. He says that instead of getting into the debate about whether the challan is right or wrong, it is better to show this mistake in front of the police in a sarcastic manner. He believes that peaceful satire is sometimes the most effective way to draw attention to a wrong.
On this matter, DCP Traffic Sonam Kumar said that the challan is being examined and if any mistake is found, it will be corrected. Police are still investigating the cause of the incident and also the technical error.
This unique protest of Gulshan is going viral on social media. People walking on the road smile at him, make videos and while having fun ask – “Why helmet in the car brother?” To this Gulshan always answers with a smile – “If the police have said so, I will have to wear it.”
People are considering it as a light but effective sarcasm on the shortcomings of the traffic system. Many people are saying that this method of satire is the best way to convey the message without conflict. Overall, this whole matter has become a popular topic of humor and satire on social media along with awareness on traffic rules.
