Mumbai . Taking a historic step in India’s creative media sector, GLS University has partnered with Australia’s prestigious SAE Institute to launch the Global B. Design (Hons.) Program has been launched. This four-year degree, focused on Animation, VFX and Game Development, is the first global qualification of its kind in the country, which will provide international standard education and career opportunities to Indian creators.

The specialty of this exclusive course is project-based learning, where students will receive training on industry-leading software, studio and production tools from day one. The program also includes global immersion, exchange programs and direct access to SAE’s international network.

During the launch ceremony, Sudhir Nanavati, Head of GLS University, said, “This partnership with the renowned SAE is a milestone for both GLS and India’s education system. We aim to provide students with an education that will make them leaders and innovators in the creative industries.”
