Ingredients for Making the Cake
Flour – 1 cup
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Oil – 1/2 cup
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla essence – 1/2 teaspoon
Milk – 1/2 cup
Fresh cream – 1 cup
Powdered sugar – 2 teaspoons


Method of Preparation


To make the cake, first whisk the yogurt and sugar thoroughly in a bowl until the mixture is smooth. Now add the oil and vanilla essence. Sift the flour, baking powder, and baking soda and gradually add them to the mixture.



Add a little milk, if needed, to form a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a pre-greased cake tin. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cake for 30–35 minutes. Test with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.


Add the powdered sugar to the fresh cream and beat on high speed. In 3-4 minutes, the cream will reach a fluffy and thick consistency. Let the cake cool completely. Then, layer the cream and garnish with fruit, chocolate shavings, or sprinkles. Your cake is ready.
