Pea Paratha Recipe: Made with this special method, these pea parathas offer both delicious flavor and warmth during the winter months. Prepared with boiled peas, spices, and clarified butter (ghee), this recipe is incredibly easy and quick to make. The parathas are so delicious that every family member will exclaim, "Wow, what a paratha!"

To make pea parathas, first, place a pan on the stove. Add three tablespoons of ghee to the pan. Add cumin seeds, coarsely chopped garlic, and finely chopped green chilies, and fry them until golden brown. After these are fried, add the peas. Add salt and garam masala to taste. Once the peas are cooked thoroughly, lightly mash them to create a coarse paste.

Next, take the desired amount of whole wheat flour. Add a little salt and oil to it, and then add water and knead it well. After kneading the dough, cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes. Mustard oil is added to keep the dough soft.

Now, make a small ball of dough from the prepared dough. Lightly roll it out, then add the prepared pea paste to it and start rolling it again. Place the paratha on a hot griddle and cook it on both sides, applying ghee generously. A hot and delicious paratha will be ready.

It's important to ensure that the pea paste is completely dry. If the pea paste is even slightly wet, the parathas will tear, which can spoil the taste.

Also, be careful not to apply too much pressure while rolling the parathas. If you press too hard, the pea filling will come out. Therefore, roll the parathas with a light hand.
