Moradabad:- Moradabad Development Authority (MDA) is once again under the scanner of serious allegations. A big revelation has come to light regarding the Deepa Hospital and Trauma Center built in Mangupura on the side of Delhi Moradabad Highway. It is alleged that on the same land where the showroom map was approved, a three-storey luxurious hospital was built disregarding the rules. The surprising thing is that this entire construction is just 200 meters away from the MDA office, from where officials come and go daily.

Authority canceled the file of Deepa Hospital compounding:-

According to sources, after the news was published in the media, the hospital operator once again submitted the file to Moradabad Development Authority for compounding of its construction. Wanted to convert the showroom into a hospital through compounding. But this time the authority canceled that file. Now it will be important to see how seriously Vice President Anubhav Singh takes this entire matter and what strict action is taken in the future.

Permission for showroom, but it became a hospital:-

A person reached the authority office, met the concerned officials and the process of getting the showroom map passed was completed. After the map was approved, instead of the showroom, a multi-storey Deepa Hospital and Trauma Center was constructed on the same land. According to the rules, operation of the hospital is not possible without No Objection Certificate (NOC) from land use change, fire department, health department and other departments. But it is alleged that these rules were openly ignored here, there is not even a fire exit, questions are raised on the safety of patients. Local people say that the hospital does not even have basic facilities like fire exit. In such a situation, the question arises that who will take the responsibility of protecting the lives of the patients. How the operation of the hospital was started without the necessary NOC is also a matter of investigation.

If the deal is made then the rules are meaningless:-

It is also being said in the allegations that the rules and regulations in MDA are limited to papers only. There is talk of bulldozing those constructions where a “deal” is not reached. Whereas for those who are compromised, the rules have no meaning.

MDA office 200 meters away, officers blindfolded:-

The most shocking thing is that this alleged illegal construction is very close to the authority office. Engineers, Mates, Clerks, Secretaries and VC officers all pass through this route every day, yet no one saw anything for a long time. Due to this, serious questions are being raised on the functioning of the authority. Now all eyes are on how much strictness the MDA administration and especially Vice President Anubhav Singh show in this matter. Will action be taken against the culprits, or will this matter also remain buried in the files.
