India and South Africa The third T20I match between them was a special one for all-rounder Hardik Pandya. In the match at Dharamsala, he achieved a feat that no Indian cricketer had achieved before him. Moreover, only four all-rounders in the world had achieved this feat. Hardik took the wicket of Tristan Stubbs in the seventh over of the first innings and became the third Indian cricketer to score a century in T20 Internationals. A special century of Pandya


Captain Suryakumar Yadav handed over the seventh over to Hardik Pandya. Hardik bowled a short, off-length ball that hit the outside edge of Stubbs’ bat and went into the gloves of wicketkeeper Jitesh Sharma. This was Hardik’s 100th T20 International wicket. Hardik Pandya became the third Indian bowler to take 100 wickets in this format after Jasprit Bumrah and Arshdeep Singh. While Bumrah did so in the ongoing series, Arshdeep Singh became the first Indian bowler to do so this year.

First Indian to do so


Hardik Already completed 1000 runs in T20 Internationals. He has now taken 100 wickets in the format, making him the first Indian to reach 1000 runs and 100 wickets in T20 Internationals. Overall, Hardik Pandya is the fifth all-rounder in the world to achieve this feat.


World’s first cricketer in which field?


Hardik Pandya also became the first fast bowler to score more than 1000 runs and take more than 100 wickets in men’s T20 Internationals. Shakib Al Hasan, Mohammad Nabi and Sikandar Raza have already achieved this feat, but all three are spin bowling all-rounders.


Hardik Pandya became the fourth player to achieve the triple feat.


Hardik Pandya also holds a unique record of 1000+ runs, 100+ sixes and 100+ wickets in T20 Internationals. He is the fourth cricketer in the world to hold this record. He is preceded by Sikandar Raza, Mohammad Nabi and Virandeep Singh. Hardik Pandya hasn’t played since the Asia Cup and now he’s been superb since the very first Test against South Africa. Not only this but also making a record one on one. So it seems that Hardik’s fans are definitely happy right now.
