Materials:



  • 1 packet Maggi

  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)

  • 1 small tomato (finely chopped)

  • 1 green chilli (finely chopped)

  • 2 tbsp green chutney

  • 2 tablespoons sweet tamarind chutney

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tbsp Shave (optional)

  • A little coriander (finely chopped)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Action:



  • First take it out of Maggi and crush it.

  • Now place a kadai on the gas and lightly fry Maggi powder in it.

  • Now take out the boiled Maggi in a bowl.

  • Add onion, tomato, green chillies and mix well.

  • After that add the Maggi masala from the packet and mix well.

  • Now add green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney.

  • Add chaat masala, salt and lemon juice to it and mix all the ingredients well.

  • Add shallots and cilantro on top and mix gently.

  • Add salt or chili powder to taste and serve immediately.
