The biggest feature of this scheme is that eligible applicants will be given a discount of up to 25 percent on the price of the flats. This discount will be applied directly to the sale price, making buying a house relatively cheaper.

The Karmayogi Awas Yojana is exclusively for people associated with government service. Employees of the Central and State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings, Government Banks, Local Bodies, Autonomous Institutions, Universities, and other government organisations can apply.

All the residential flats under this scheme have been constructed in the Narela area. These flats are located in Sectors A1 to A4 of Pocket-9, which boasts well-developed residential infrastructure with all basic amenities.

The scheme includes 320 one-bedroom hall-kitchen (1 BHK) flats. Their base price is approximately ₹45.37 lakh to ₹45.71 lakh. After discounts, these flats will be available for around ₹34 lakh, presenting a great opportunity for first-time homebuyers.

A Better Option for Medium-Sized Families: 2 BHK Flats

Keeping medium-sized families in mind, 576 two-bedroom-hall-kitchen (2 BHK) flats are available. Their price ranges from approximately ₹1.06 crore to ₹1.17 crore. After discounts, these flats will be available for approximately ₹79.81 lakh to ₹88.16 lakh.

For Those Who Desire More Space: 3 BHK Flats

For employees who need larger homes, the scheme also includes 272 three-bedroom-hall-kitchen (3 BHK) flats. Their price is set between approximately ₹1.52 crore and ₹1.69 crore. After discounts, these flats will be available for approximately ₹1.14 crore to ₹1.27 crore.
