Lucknow, Read: The fourth T20 International match between India and South Africa, to be played on December 17 at Ekana International Cricket Stadium in Lucknow, was canceled due to fog. After this, in the information released by the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association on Thursday for information to ticket refund, it was said that the entire ticket amount will be refunded to the spectators who had booked the tickets online through the same medium through which the payment was made. Information to refund will be sent to the registered e-mail ID. Ticket holders are advised to check their e-mail regularly. Whereas spectators who have purchased tickets offline can get their refund on December 20, 21 and 22 from Gate No. 2 Box Office, Ekana International Cricket Stadium, Lucknow from 11 am to 6 pm.


Special counters will be set up in the stadium for refund. Offline ticket holders must be present in person and bring ID and complete bank account details with them. The spectators will have to fill the refund form available at the counter with correct and complete information and submit the original ticket and form for verification. After verification, the refund amount will be sent directly to the given bank account. Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association Secretary Prem Manohar Gupta said that the refund process will be started only after verification of all the documents and information.
