Bollywood's hero Dharmendra was shooting for the film 'Ikkis', when no one knew that this film was going to be his last film. Now that he is no longer with us, his last film has become even more special, as everyone is eagerly waiting to see him on the big screen for the last time. But do you know that Dharmendra worked very hard for 'Ikkis' and shot till 4 in the morning?

Choreographer of 'Ikkis' revealed

In a recent interview, choreographer Vijay Ganguly talked about the experience of working with Dharmendra in the film 'Ikkis' directed by Sriram Raghavan. He said it was a proud moment for him. Along with this he said, 'Shooting with Dharmendra was wonderful because he was one of the very happy people. He remained awake till 4 in the morning till the shooting of the song was completed. Working in this film was a nostalgic moment for both of us. Dharamji had earlier worked with my father, filmmaker Anil Ganguly, in a film called 'Dushman Devta' (1991). During the shooting, he remembered my father fondly. He told me that my father was a kind man and that he was a pleasure to work with.'

Agastya Nanda remembers his first meeting with Dharmendra

Agastya Nanda also remembered Dharmendra and said, 'We did not have many scenes together, but the time we spent together was very good.' Recalling his first meeting with Dharmendra, he said, 'He never made you feel that he was much senior to you. He used to talk to you like a friend. Let us tell you that earlier this film was to be released on 25 December 2025, but now by postponing the date, it will be released on 1 January 2026.
